After ride entertainment

We have two qualified Sports masseuses available for an after ride rub down. Follow the signs around the offices or ask for Beth on the day.

Priced at a very reasonable £10 for 15mins, go on, treat those legs to a well deserved pampering.

Does this really qualify as post ride entertainment? Assuming 10% of the riders want a massage and each massage takes 15 minutes it would take the masseuses 5 days to deal with everybody.

I think it is unealistic to expect the masseueses to work without any breaks. Let's assume that they can manage an eight hour day and only work for five days a week. If this were the case then they would deal with the last of the riders on 15 June. By this time the riders would have died as the only means of sustenance for the anticipated 1,100 riders was a solitary burger van.

Right guys, can I clear something up. The two masseuses are not employed by Evans. They work for themselves, we do not charge them for attending and any money they make is wholly kept by them. Their timings and breaks were completely down to them, we didn't expect them to work with out breaks. They asked to come along.

We thought it would be I nice little added extra for those that wanted it.

I do, however, find it amazing that someone has sat down and worked out their rota for the next month!!!

Two free lance massueses AND a burger van. Evans you are spoiling us with your Post Ride Entertainment.

Next year we're going for a Kebab van and some girls who are advertising in the local phone booth.

Most people turned up for the bike ride.

If they wanted a free lance massage(afraid Evans don't have their own massueses), they could have one, if they wanted hot food including Chili, bacon sandwiches, tea, coffee, cold drinks and burgers (which they sold out of, so someone sure appreciated them) then they were available.

If you didn't, then you weren't charged for them.
